NERS Jurnal Keperawatan (NJK) is registered under the ISSN numbers 1907-686X (print) and 2461-0747 (online). The journal employs a meticulous peer-review process to select top-tier articles grounded in scientific research and theory. This process is supervised by the Faculty of Nursing at Andalas University, located in West Sumatra, Indonesia. Furthermore, NJK has established a collaboration with the Indonesian Nurses National Association, as evidenced by the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) No. 1578/DPW.PPNI/MOU/K/VII/2023.
The journal's credibility is further enhanced by its accreditation from the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. This accreditation, valid from 2019 to 2024, is denoted by the reference No: 36/E/KPT/2019 and places NJK in the Fourth Grade (Sinta 4) category. For clarity, SINTA's grading system for nationally accredited journals spans six categories, from S1 to S6. Additionally, since 2018, NJK has been recognized as an open-access journal and is indexed in the DOAJ.
Published by Andalas University and managed by its Faculty of Nursing, NJK dedicates its content to the realm of nursing. The journal covers a broad spectrum of nursing specialties, including: Medical and Surgical, Emergency, Pediatric, Maternity, Psychiatric, Family and Community, and Geriatric Nursing
NJK is committed to disseminating research findings and is published biannually, with issues released in March and October. The articles can be written to be submitted in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
