Studi Literatur Penggunaan Smartphone-based Thermal Imaging dalam Pengkajian Perfusi Vascular Perifer

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Prevalensi yang tinggi dan dampak serius dari penyakit arteri perifer memicu perkembangan alat diagnostik yang lebih efisien dan mudah digunakan.

Tujuan: Menelaah artikel penelitian Smartphone-based Thermal Imaging dalam pengkajian perfusi perifer

Metode: Pencarian penelitian dengan memasukkan kata kunci ke dalam database Clinical Key, Science direct, ProQuest, dan SAGE Publications dengan kriteria fulltext, berbahasa inggris, dan peer-reviewed dengan rentang waktu 2010 sampai 2018. Dari hasil pencarian, didapatkan 217 artikel.  Penelusuran artikel dilakukan dan didapatkan 5 jurnal yang relevan.

Hasil: Smartphone-based thermal imaging tidak memiliki perbedaan hasil dengan ABI, lebih presisi dan lebih mudah digunakan dibanding kamera thermal imaging, dan berfungsi sebagai alat monitoring noninvasive dibanding Doppler ultrasound dan angiografi. Menurut analisa SWOT, metode ini dapat diterapkan di Indonesia.

Kesimpulan: Smartphone-based thermal imaging dapat digunakan sebagai alat monitoring noninvasive untuk mengkaji perfusi perifer secara cepat dan mudah. Penelitian lebih lanjut terkait sensitivitas dan spesifitas serta protokol pengambilan gambar dan keamanan sistem informasi perlu dilakukan.
