Kewaspadaan Terhadap Kanker Pada Perempuan Keturunan Pasien Kanker Payudara
Abstract
Faktor genetik memegang peran pen ting penyebab terjadinya kanker payudara. Terutama pada anak dari ibu yang terkena kanker payudara memiliki kesempatan 2 kali lebih besar terkena kanker payudara. masih sedikit penelitian yang menggunakan metode kualitatif sejauh ini menggali gambaran pengalaman anak dari ibu yang terdiagnosa kanker dalam kewaspadaan dan pencegahan kanker. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan fenomenologi. Data diambil dari wawawancara mendalam 10 anggota keluarga pasien kanker paliatif. Setelah data di analisis ,diekstraksi maka diklasifikasikan ke dalam 3 tema sebagai berikut: 1) Kurangnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan yang terbatas dalam melakukan sadari 2) Keengganan dalam mengetahui kanker Payudara, 3) Harapan keluarga terhadap dukungan dari dokter dan perawatan di rumah yang mendukung perawatan anggota keluarganya,. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pentingnya seorang anak mendapatkan konseling dan edukasi kesehatan tentang kewaspadaan kanker dengan berkaca pada ibunya yang terdiagnosa kanker payudara.
