Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Kesiapan Perawat Klinisi Dalam Implementasi Evidence-Base Practice

Abstract

Perawat memiliki tanggung jawab dalam memberikan perawatan terbaik untuk pasien mereka. Memberikan perawatan didasarkan tidak hanya pada pengalaman klinis tetapi juga pada hasil temuan keperawatan untuk mengeksplorasi intervensi keperawatan terbaik bagi pasien sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang optimal. Melalui konsep praktik berbasis bukti, temuan penelitian dapat mempengaruhi perawat dalam pengambilan keputusan klinis. Oleh karena itu, perawat harus tahu konsep secara benar dan memiliki sikap positif serta siap dalam menerapkan praktik berbasis bukti. Tujuan dari studi  ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengetahuan, sikap dan persiapan perawat klinis dalam konsep aplikasi berbasis bukti. Studi ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada 66 perawat klinis di rumah sakit umum di Pontianak. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan perawat pada konsep praktik berbasis bukti adalah sangat rendah . Selain itu, mereka pada dasarnya tidak memiliki cukup persiapan dalam hal pengetahuan dan kebiasaan dalam melakukan penelitian dan membaca penelitian yang  sangat penting dalam mendukung pelaksanaan implementasi. Lebih dari setengah dari perawat memiliki sikap positif terhadap praktek berbasis bukti . Temuan dalam studi  ini adalah penting untuk pendidikan keperawatan dan praktek keperawatan dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk pasien .
